Lions from across Hawai‘i gather in West Oahu for the annual District 50 Hawai‘i Lions Convention — a meaningful weekend of Service, Leadership, Celebration, and Aloha. This special event brings together our Lions Big ‘Ohana for essential business sessions, including the District Cabinet Meeting, elections, and presentations from club and district leaders.
Leeward Oahu Lions Virginia Padayhag and Gail Kono helped Manoa Lions PDG Garrett Ogawa at the Waialua Community Assoc. Center Fair in Haleiwa. Kaneohe Lion VDG C.J. Kalopodes Jr. and CIS were also present.

Haleakala Lions spent Saturday morning cleaning the Four Corners Haiku bus shelter. This shelter was Lion built and has a history longer than Lion Frank Hamasaki been a Lion. He just made his 40th year of Lions membership. Congrats, Frank, still go’n strong!
Eyeglass cleaning with Hibiscus Lions. Donated glasses are cleaned and shipped to other countries in need. Over 800 glasses cleaned so far in 2022!
