Lion Joyce Pang and Steven Yoshimura stopped by Kauluwela Elementary School to drop off the awards and gifts for the students participating in the District 50 Lions Sight is Beautiful Poster Contest. The teachers will present the certificates and awards to individual students on the behalf of the Chinatown Lions Club. Each 1st place winner received a $25 Target gift card, each 2nd place winner a $15.00 Target gift card, each 3rd place winner a $10.00 Target gift card, all other participants receive a $5.00 Target gift card. School winners compete at the state level and will be notified later if the are selected as a state winner.
