Instructions & Guidelines
| 1. | The District 50 Contests and Awards evaluation period will be from July 1 to March 31 of each fiscal year (as determined in the District 50 Constitution and Bylaws). |
| 2. | Only clubs that have no outstanding financial obligations to Lions Club International and District 50 Hawaii Lions will be eligible to participate in the Contests and Awards Program. |
| 3. | Award forms will be submitted once during the year, covering the period July 1, 2008 through March 31, 2009 and submitted no later than April 5 (Postmarked April 5th). |
| 4. | All completed, verified and signed forms shall be sent to the District 50 Contests and Awards Chairperson, Lion james (Kimo) Hodgins, PO Box 806 Kamuela Hawaii 96743. |
| 5. | Where applicable, awards will be issued to clubs in three (3) divisions: |
| • Division 1: clubs with 25 member of less. • Division 2: clubs with 26 to 40 members. • Division 3: clubs with 41 or more members. |
The June monthly membership report (MMR) will be used to determine a club’s divisional status.
